职位职责综述:
Responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer to oversees the ethics and compliance programs to ensure high standards of ethical conduct as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulation in Chongqing and Guangzhou branch office.
Support compliance headquarter on Ethic and Compliance Programs and other ad hoc projects when necessary

1. Direct and provide general oversight for the ethics and compliance programs, including policies and procedures, controls, training, communications and corrective action relating to all insurance and securities laws and regulations as well as other applicable laws and regulations including anti-trust, anti-money laundering, bribery, privacy and employment law in Chongqing and Guangdong Branch offices.
2. Work as part of the business team to establish a corporate culture based on integrity and customer trust and develop and monitor documented procedures and internal controls to ensure high standards of ethical conduct as well as compliance with all applicable law and regulation in Chongqing and Guangdong Branch Offices
3. Develop and maintain strong compliance risk management programs, including identifying significant compliance risks, evaluating the management of those risks and developing action plans to enhance controls where appropriate.
4. Develop and implement compliance related metrics and management reporting.
5. Work with Compliance team to identify and adopt compliance best practices, ensure that MetLife standards are met in all areas and report significant compliance issues.
6. Record keeping, compiling statistics, monitoring standards
7. Other ad hoc project

• University degree and have at least 5 years relevant post-graduate experiences
• With legal background. Insurance company experience is preferable.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving ability
• A proactive team player with strong written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to influence others beyond direct control
• Mature, innovative and creative
• Willing to travel regularly (one week per month)
• Proficient computer skills in MS applications and Chinese input•
